By accessing or using The Flip Ledger ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Flip Ledger is a house flip expense tracking application for real estate investors and property rehabbers. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Flip Ledger offers paid subscription plans (Solo, Pro, and Team). All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your account will be charged based on your selected plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before being charged. After the trial period, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at theflipledgerllc@gmail.com and we will review your case.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may export your data at any time using the CSV export feature. Upon account cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

The Flip Ledger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The financial tracking features are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Flip Ledger LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
