Every flip meant juggling a different crew. Materials suppliers, electricians, plumbers, framers — each job had its own team, its own invoices, its own paperwork. W-9 forms would go missing. Receipts would pile up on job sites. By the time a property sold, figuring out the actual profit meant digging through folders, texts, and half-filled spreadsheets.
So we built it ourselves. The Flip Ledger was designed from day one around the reality of house flipping — multiple properties, rotating crews, expenses that happen fast and receipts that disappear faster. Every feature exists because we needed it on a real job site.
